The course is designed so that the students should be able to achieve the following outcomes:
üTo communicate Commercial issues verbally and in writing in the correct manner;
üTo classify factual situations according to the various branches of commercial and company law;
üTo identify and solve practical commercial legal problems;
üProvide an overview of the concepts and principles of commercial law in Rwanda.
üIdentify and distinguish between the essential elements of each business transaction.
üEvaluate and appreciate the comparative advantage(s) and disadvantage(s) of each commercial transaction.
üProvide an overview of the rights, duties, obligations and liabilities of the parties to the various commercial transactions.
