Introduction to law intends to provide to the students the preliminary knowledge, and skills in, various
areas of Laws since there is a series of laws and related courses to be taught under this LLB programme.
Understand and explain the meaning of law in general, its principle branches its sources, application and other different aspects of law allowing them to carry-out a specific study in different fields of law,
- Understand and explain role and aims of Law in the society,
- Apply fundamental legal rules and principles in a wide range of selected areas of the law,
- Understand and distinguish the legal rule from other types of rules such as the rule of morality
and rules of religion;
- Define a legal rule and its characteristics,
- Understand and apply the technics of interpretation of the law.
