with the skills necessary to maintain Legal and Ethical aspects and interpretation of Computer Ethics, IT
Law and Cyber Laws
. It provides the code of conduct governing proper professional behavior, which establishes the nature of
obligations owed to individuals and to Network and Internet in society.
