The module familiarises students to real numbers, Cartesian plane, functions and their representation, elements of trigonometry, numerical sequences, differential and integral calculus and its applications. It also familiarises students to differential equations and their applications. After completion of the module, the student will be able to handle some mathematical aspects by designing mathematical models applied in economics or management.
