This module retraces the historical development of law, the evolution of Rwandan Law, and demonstrate its far origine from Roman law.
It shall shown how Roman law evolved and influenced French law which later influenced Rwandan law through colonization. It will also show the particularity of rwandan law (Gacaca Courts)
